I don't have time now but I'll check it and watch it in small chunks when I can. Thanks for not coming at me like some of the others. I realize I didn't provide too much advice or insight, I wanted to write a vulnerable post and see what the general reaction was. If anybody wants a fight with me in real life or on the internet I almost always give it to them but women are making guys on this sub wayyyyyyy too angry. If people here can't handle me saying I'm going work harder and accomplish what I say I'm going to accomplish then I'm going to stop lurking here. There's no way to verify that what people post here about their plates and submissive wives is true. Yet every single "I fuck 4 girls a week and they do what I say" gets eaten up as instant truth. I hang out with a lot of those guys and none of them are on reddit. I'm the only one out of like 15 guys that browses reddit and knows what red pill even is and I get less girls than all of them. This sub is full of larpers.

You're Absolutely right...someone like you should not take advice from someone like me.

I'm insanely happy, I take whatever the hell I want out of life, fuck my wife any way I want (she's submissive, not a doormat - BIG difference, i.e. she'd rip your balls off in a heartbeat ..but you absolutely wouldn't understand that), fuck other women with her blessing, have fuck you money, am in the best shape of my life at 47, and am killing it in all aspects of my life.

I work with dementia patients at a hospital and trust me when I say that when people like you get sick, their friends and family bail on them. And more often than not it's people with a lot of money. If anything happens to your health when your older you will die alone. Your "wife" left you after that motorcycle accident and she'll damn sure leave your ass again the minute you get Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, cancer, dementia or whatever it is that will inevitably kill you. And when your crying alone in your hospital room, the psych tech aka me will be the last person you have to talk to. I'll tolerate your horrible attitude in your altered state cuz it's my job and then you'll eventually die alone. You are sacrificing relationships for a certain lifestyle and you are gonna regret it soooo much one fateful day.

I'm in my mid twenties now and things haven't changed for me like I thought they would. Still no girlfriend. I haven't progressed in my musical interests like I thought I would. I have a decent job but it's not a long term option and certainly not a career. I feel like I've just been in limbo my whole life. No mans land. Things haven't been great but they haven't been terrible either and that has lulled me into a dangerous complacency. It made me mentally and emotionally weak. It also made me arrogant and delusional. I used my social surroundings as validation while ignoring the internal shitstorm that's been brewing inside of me. I'm a beta who can blend into the alpha crowd when I need to and it tricked me into thinking I wasn't a beta.

I've seen these before. It's a pep talk, you're convincing yourself that you're gonna do it this time. Like an alcoholic, who promises never to drink again, or a girl who promises she won't jump on a random dick again.

It clearly hit home, you've instantly gone on ego defense mode from 7 words that broke your frame.

Well I'm ready to join the club now. I'm ready to hit the gym with real conviction and pursue my goals with real ambition. I'm ready to try and fail and try and fail until I finally fucking get what I want. Now when a girl rejects me I'm not gonna blame her for it I'm just gonna analyze myself and make improvements.

And since I'm already beating a dead horse. There's a reason New years resolutions don't work. Turns out the body gives dopamene in accordance with achieving goals. It also turns out that talking about a goal gives the same response as actually doing the goal. By sitting here and preaching about you being better serves the purpose of ensuring that you will never do any of what you bullshitted yourself about.

What any normal man understand, is that you have 0 chance of achieving any of what you wrote, because we've seen it so many times before.

Best thing for you to do, stop talking and thinking about shit, go buy a gym membership and go in there for 6 months... never tell anyone. Even if you're fucking around, you'll be in there.

Then post about what you've done, not about what you're going to do

Defending myself when people attack me is not breaking frame. Insulting a random poster cuz the content was too "soft" for you is breaking frame. I don't take shit from people unlike a lot of other posters who delete their post after the first insult.

How could know such a thing. It doesn't ensure anything? Are you suggesting that not one single successful person in history has said they were going to before they did it? When Conor Mcgregor said he would be a world champion before he fought a single professional fight was he "breaking frame?" Did he ensure in that moment that he would never accomplish his goals? That's what you're saying. That is a huge sweeping generalization and you're stating it likes its fact.

Do you even know me? Lmao you have no idea what I've done in my life. I have hit the gym without telling a soul and for longer than six months.

I was so skinny my bench started at 85 fucking pounds and I brought that shit up to 170 without telling a damn soul. I didn't make a single redpill post bragging about what I had accomplished and I was extremely proud of myself. I felt like I had conquered the world just getting my bench up to 170. And I did it all with arthritis from when I broke my sternum in highschool. It was agonizing some days but I pushed through.

Then I had double jaw surgery, had my mouth wired shut for over a month, lost all the weight I had gained and went back at it and gained it back again. I didn't write some arrogant post about that either cuz it was simply something that I had to do. I didn't consider myself some work ethic master because of it.

The comments here have been very eye opening for me.

For one, a lot of people on this sub think that they have everybody figured out. You guys definitely think you've got me figured out and assume that I'm weak because I didn't brag about my accomplishments in my post.

Second, a lot of people on this sub have a superiority complex. I started my post saying I'm a loser and you guys just pounced at the first smell of blood. Not even constructive criticism just people telling me to shut up and that I wasted their time and that I'll never accomplish what I set out to accomplish. Then when I defend myself I get accused of "going on ego defense mode."

Your goddamn right I'm gonna defend myself. When someone attacks me for zero reason and acts like they know me I will defend myself every time. That's not breaking frame it's called standing up for yourself.

And don't talk to me about dopamine. I have ADHD and am prescribed dopamine reuptake inhibitors because my brain doesn't make enough of it. You can't even spell dopamine. I barely passed highschool, went to community college and did well enough to transfer to a school with a 35% acceptance rate. I didn't make some bullshit post about that either.

I'll say it one more time. You guys do not know me. I'm not some hopeless loser who can't take action, I'm just disappointed that I haven't met my expectations of myself, which are apparently higher than you guys assume they are. The insecurity in this sub is unreal.
