Between the fact marriage offers men no benefits , women are out here ring-shaming men , and the fact that you can put that money into virtually anything other than a wedding ring and come out ahead definitely doesn't help .

Still a 10% drop in low-end rings still must mean massive profit margins for people who just sell and artificially inflate the prices of shiny rocks right ?

Diamonds have been stockpiled for many years. They aren't rare or worth anything. The are given artificial value because the major suppliers intentionally sell in small numbers
