Pretty sure I saw an article on this before... and no he didn't sue her for "being ugly" but rather for "FRAUD/deception" around the marriage -- she had hid/denied that she'd had any work done prior to them marrying -- which became significantly apparent (and/or she admitted) after their first child was born.
