Hobbies. Pick a goal to accomplish and dont stop until you get it. Repeat.

That's my advice.

Ideas can include: earn a certain amount of money to save up. Travel. Learn a new skill like a language. Cook. Exercise. Collect stamps?

MGTOW can still date. Wouldn’t recommend it but it is an option. Just don’t live with one and don’t get married. Don’t have kids either.
