Once you stop chasing women and unlearn everything that has been taught to you about them, your conditioning in all areas of life starts wearing off. The only way you can contact me is through my phone number, because I deleted all social media a couple of years ago (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram) and went completely ghost, because I realised that I don't want this stress in my life.
