So it's probably a mix of things, many of them cultural as well.

Society makes sex to be the most important thing in the world, while simultaneously making it taboo.

So you can "enjoy" sex if you don't have any choice. It's why a lot of girls like bondage, they can't stop what they want to happen, so they are free to enjoy it. They have no control of the situation. So if they have some conservative ideas, if a girl is force fucked or unable to stop you, she's free to enjoy her sexuality without being "to blame" for enjoying it.

But it's not for everyone, and I'll assume most women don't want it with a guy they don't want.

I don’t think “most” women want to be choked, slapped, or beaten. Pounded raw, firmly held, even light spanking can get the machinery rolling. Power and intensity are major turn ons when considering the biological realities of sex and hopefully if you’re with someone like that it can recognized and controlled to prevent actual damage.
