That book is worth MORE than gold and is the key to a great future. Cherish it.

I'd also start looking for 5 Acres of property.

It's a great book - and in my library.

That being said - don't take his advice on chemistry for fighting bugs or mold. The chemicals he recommends (inorganic lead/mercury compounds) will fuck you up!

Having a large property is my dream tbh. I grew up playing games and doing school work, I am by no means considered hands-on. I, however, want property, a comfortable home, a 2-3 garage, and all the tech to keep me up to date. I'm very much the old fashioned American dream kind of guy, despite being 19. I do want a happy family, and I am taking points from this subreddit to better myself, and to CAREFULLY choose my relationships. I do not intend to date in the near future. I appreciate all the advice thrown here, r/DeadBedrooms and r/PussyPass, but also r/FinancialIndelendence and from those around me. I take everything with a grain of salt and do not allow any one idea to influence me.

Please critique me, and point out any flaws/ contradictions.
