I've supervised hundreds of staff over the course of 40 years in professional settings. When I think back, I can not recall a single instance of bickering men that I had to get directly involved in as an administrator. But, I have wasted countless work-hours on women employees who were petty and vengeful towards other females in the company.

Women would invariably come to me with some minor complaint about another co-worker (90% of the time other women) and with tears and drama would demand that I discipline the other worker. Some would threaten to sue the company for creating a hostile environment if I did not take action. And, 90% of the time, these "aggrieved" women would be the aggressor and not the victim. Now these were college educated women that just did not possess the social skills necessary to work in a collegial workplace.

They demand respect and equality, but just can't manage to bring it to the table. Sound familiar to any of you?
