What's the most polite way you can call someone a twat now-a-days? Also, how do you deal with Manginas and defuse arguments with them?

I know it's not wise to argue with skanks nor manginas. I'm one to avoid arguments but have you all ever been in confrontations where you couldn't avoid and had to use 'Verbal Judo' per se to make them look stupid to get them off of you or to defuse a situation?

I feel the best way to call someone a twat in a 'nicer' manner would be to tell the girl that she's a waste of everyone's time or yours. Or that she's not even worth speaking to. As for Manginas, if a White Knight were to view someone else pulling the shaming/childlike bully tactics the Knight himself using, that person would look ridiculous as well. I wanted to see what your thoughts were.
