Myself as one of many MGTOWs who are still struggling to recover, I would like to share my definition of "be a man"

Anyone who is a man,

is allowed to cry, but not in front of a woman.

is allowed to seek help, but not from a woman.

is allowed to show weakness, but not to a woman.

Including your "soul mate", acquaintance, friend, family member with the female gender, or man who has swallowed blue pills,

because those are tactics by woman, and you are a man.

You may think that world is unfair,

but actually it is only because you are raised wrongly,

by your family, relatives, friends, teachers, colleagues, media, social media, and governments.

Stand proud as a man,

Undo all the wrong teachings, think like a man, live a man,

motherfucking survive like a man.

Survive is the keyword.

Nobody can help you if you stab yourself.

Nobody can teach you if you refuse to learn.

Nobody can make you happy if you chase misery.

Use your brain, not your emotion.

Do the right thing, learn from mistake, bear the consequences.

Do everything you can, with your masculine instinct, to survive.

Be a man, not a fake woman, who is named "the blue-pilled cuck".

Keep on the struggle, to your desired freedom.
