Take testosterone as well,naturally and artificially. Not STEROIDS. Try to learn Muay Thai, men learn the hardships through PAIN a lot. Learn what is PAIN,it teaches a lot in life & do not try to BECOME SOMETHING. TRY TO DO THINGS. DOBALE MEN try to enhamce their capabilities. Never eat SOY, eat chicken,eggs,organic vegetables,drink milk,make exercise as your routine, make yourself physically & mentally capable for ANY & EVERY ADVERSERIAL SITUATION IN YOUR LIFE, LEARN SWIMMING.
