Can that be considered a credible threat in court? In text message form? Long story short I stupidly got a girl pregnant when she said she was on birth control (I know call me a dumbass) I fully admit that I let lust control actions but thats in the past. Im pretty sure I'm going to be having to attend courts in the near future. I was basically texted that I better commit or else. She has a felon brother and also in the past she also threatened to slit my throat verbally though not through text. I am trying to gather as much as I can so that if a time does come I can have custody of my kid. I don't want him/her being raised in a violent environment
