Yeah its pathetic, they know of worthless they are deep inside but their narcissism doesnt allow them to admit that unless you force them to.

You can see this almost every time you see a celebrity male with his wife or partner on social media, one of two things almost always happens:

1: they get jealous of the woman and write some minor passive agressive comment about her style of clothing or weight etc.

2: this is more common, they try to uplift the woman and make it seem like she is the catch in spite of the woman being a random nobody trophy wife of the male celebrity, trying to devalue him in the process since they can see themselves in that woman being a nobody and still managing to secure a top tier man.
