Salutations everyone! Ever since I kicked out all the worse female influences in my life, I have been able to do things that I never believed possible.

The first and foremost; I am able to travel on a whim.

​

And while traveling, I have learned a few things that may be helpful to you, my fellow MGTOW

​

Tip 1

If you are flying, experiment with your departure and arrival airports.

When I visited Europe for 3 weeks, I wanted to fly from Nashville TN to Berlin Germany.

The ticket cost $1,900.

I then checked several different arrival airports and the breakdown was as follows.

Paris = $1,600

London = $1,100

Edinburgh = $900

Dublin = $650

I selected the round trip ticked into Dublin, and was able to secure very affordable plane rides to all the destinations. Intercontinental flights in Europe is VASTLY cheaper than flying Internationally.

But more than crossing oceans, also experiment with flights in the us at large.

For instance, I am currently in Kansas City, and wanted to visit Denver.

MCI -> DEN = $700 round trip.

And yet, I checked a flight to LAX

MCI -> DEN -> LAX = $200

​

I wonder, would I have been allowed to just deplane in Denver, and catch the flight back home if I contacted the appropriate parties? Even still, it is worth looking into I'd say.

Tip 2

If you visit other countries, make sure you have an unlocked phone. And buy the SIM chip at the country you arrive at

This is a MUST. Especially if you are visiting a country that does not speak your native language, and you do not speak theirs. I was in Paris France, and was able to get around with absolute ease due to GPS and being able to surf the web from an international SIM card.

The reason why I say to not buy the SIM until you arrive, is because there is always a chance that the SIM card won't work. And an even greater chance that the SIM card will be MUCH cheaper in the country of arrival.

Tip 3

No matter where you go, do a "Travel advisory" with your credit card companies
The last thing you want, is to suddenly find out you are unable to use your money in another place, or another country. Your banks and credit card companies are looking out for you (and themselves) by locking down your cards if they see purchases that are far removed from your typical zip code. And it is a very big pain to attempt to communicate with them after the fact. Give them notice, it will only take a few minutes.

Tip 4

Amazon is your friend

When I was traveling, I accidentally dropped my camera in Paris. I looked around for replacement cameras, and not a single one was below 300 Euros in any camera shop that was easy to get to. So, what do I do? I hop onto Amazon and purchase one for $100 and have it sent to my Hostel overnight. Problem solved.

BE SURE TO USE THE APPROPRIATE AMAZON

Do not find out the hard way that Amazon is "different" for each country.

Examples = Japan Amazon = United Kingdom Amazon

Tip 5

Pack light

Seriously, the audience here are males! You should only need to bring one moderate sized backpack. Not a backpack + personal item + checked bag.

There is hardly anything that you need to bring in excess that a local laundromat, clothing store, or general goods store cannot accommodate.

Dirty clothes? Wash them at the laundromat! Or heck! Bring cheap disposable clothes, throw them out, and buy the local fashion!

Why do you need to bring the economy sized toothpaste and body wash? There is a store right around the corner that has what you need!

Tip 6

Souvenirs are often overrated

So you want souvenirs for your trip? Okay! Souvenirs are great! However, if you want them, pick a theme and stick with it. For instance; I only get patches, stickers, and pins.

Patches to be sewn onto my backpack, stickers for my cooler, and pins for my camera strap. Easy, light, and still memorable.

Forget the shot glasses, mugs, and fridge magnets. They are tacky, bulky, and heavy.

In Dublin, I watched a tourist agonize in wanting a full-sized knight helmet, but it was too big to bring with her. The store clerk just scoffed and said "Love, you can just buy one off amazon for cheaper!"

Seriously, most any souvenir you could buy can be had off Amazon!

Tip 7

Hostels, NOT hotels

Quick! Tell me how much you think it is to stay in a hostel in London.... Whatever you are guessing, allow me to say the price for me was about $25 a night.

Granted, you are sleeping in a "military style" bunk-bed-bay area with no privacy, questionable smells, and shabby bathrooms. But- is $200+ more per night worth all that?

Also, be sure to lock up your belongings. Thieves are rampant in Hostels.

Tip 8

Invest in a camera and a tripod

Did you know how many times I've seen people just blatantly step into the picture of people using their camera phone to take selfies, or even general pictures of the overall scenery?

If you are using a camera and tripod, all of a sudden; people have an instant measure of respect for what you are trying to do.

It is not concrete or a universal rule, but I have seen it work enough to notice.

Also, you get the added bonus to actually be in the picture, and not just your face which is blocking about +20% of the picture anyway.
