Ooooooh, yeah, yeah, I get it,...

eggplant soup, why didn't you say so.

It's really simple.

You take an onion. You slap it's round side a bit, to get shit rollin', you feel me? Then, spice the game up a lil' with a knife. Just the top layer,... m M M! Cut gently. ffffFFFFFF. Peal that motherfucker real good.

Ask for consent, ignore, then slice and dice. Bonus points if you pretend emotions count and fake tears of joy for a moment while oing it.

Then, eggplant. Now that violet vegetarian fruit of choice, dayumn! Dat shit goood! Sloooooowly cut the top off that with a swift cut. CAKA! There, it's a cup of your fav decap-eggplantino now. Just like she likes it, innit? Keep at it. Reduce that baby with regular thrusts. Just keep at it, cak, cak, cak, glog, cak glogglogglog, cak. It's all in pieces now, slices, approx 1cm (2/3 inch?) thick. If you like them thikker, can do, why not.

You with me? Good. Now it's time to get it all mixed up so nobody will know what's what and who is who or who's drinking and who's paying. Check this out. You put some olive oil in a pan and you sizzle that fizzle a lil. Drop the onion cubes in and just smack it around a little like it wants you to. She'll be done real good once it shrinks and literally changes color, becomes almost transparent.

It is then when you add the eggplant, that glorious eggplant in the pan. Reduce the heat now, no need to burn it, if you know what I mean. Take your time, man, what's the hurry, right?

After you've added the glory of the eggplant in there, check if the fire's still burnin'. Oh, it's on! Good. Just cover the pan now and let the onion and eggy get to know eachother and, if you're that lucky guy, mix their juices. It's ok, you can watch, no harm in that. Now when the they've warmed up enough, you'll find the eggplant has joined the onion in its dance of shriveling up. THEN, right there, is the right moment to get your plan through and get that eggplant wet as FUCK, pour a glass or 4 of water in there and let it cook for about 30ish minutes.

And don't you, boy, forget to add in some spice, either. Salt, peppa, garlic too, while you're at it.

In the end, to make it unforgettable, show it some love of your mixer. Dip that stick in real good and mix it like there's no tomorrow. Mix mix mix. M m m. There you go. You now have a wet eggplant, or an eggplant soup as we call it over here.

Serve while hot, or not, your call. Become L't3h chef-esteque by dropping a spoon of saur creme into the mix and you're golden. Bon apetit. She loves you now. But, do you love her? ]=)
