Could someone do the math for how much it would cost the average American man to maintain an average lifelong relationship with a women with all the variables?

I’m hoping we can get a rational thread going detailing the cost of the modern women in real terms.

Then we can compare that to the MGTOW life. Without being a cuck how many vacations could the average American buy? How many Tesla’s? Etc.
