I get why a man wouldn't stop. I mean, if this bitch starts swinging at a man stopping he's bound to land himself in jail for hurting her fists or some shit...

What troubles me is that a woman will stop and face a man's possible anger at her stopping, but will not stop to against a woman to help a man.

If I met a man threatening a woman, I would say that she probably pissed him off as hell. If the reverse, well, the cuck deserves it.
