In 1992 they killed a man s entire family for him telling them no. I wont be your agent. He was an army veteran. They were too scared to arrest him at his home they posed as broken down motorists. He stopped to help. They arrested him on fake charges. He was later awarded millions of dollars all charges dropped after they murdered his family. He is released from jail. After being told to appear to court in February 1992 however the letter he received said March none the less that still were sent to arrest him on charges of failure to appear in court. It would be hard to appear in court if given wrong day to appear The charges were fake the ATF was extorting him to comply with the criminal charges of modifying a shotgun. Which he did not do.
In march his son 14 took their dogs around the property with older family friend. The dogs noticed the agents on the family property. No warrant to be there. They shot the sons dog Then killed the son as he ran away shot him in the back. The friend shot and killed the agent and ran back to the cabin. At this point the guy the government wanted has not fired a gun they ve killed his son and he s not allowed to appear in court to defend himself. They then kill his wife holding a child and shoot him when he finds his son dead collapsed close to the property. The whole thing is terrible no one went to jail over this.

He won millions of dollars for loss of his family, they paid him for civil wrongdoings but his family was murdered all cause he didn't want to be their agent the federal governments. He had already served in the armed forces he wanted to be left alone.
