I was a nutritionist and personal trainer in college. 90% of weightloss in women comes from diet, meaning if they just set down the fork for a few minutes they could lose the weight. Even easier than working out!

I started to work an office job 4.5 years ago. I started with a lot of other 20 somethings including a large population of LA 7-8s. The work is sendetiary and someone's always hosting a potluck, a luncheon or brings donuts/bagels to work. Today, 4.5 years later, about 99% of them look like baluga whales.

How do you go from an LA 8 to a Detroit 3 in less than 5 years...

The average female's weight in USA is 170 lbs and it's getting worse. Mostly it's due to lack of nutrition and conformity.

I totally agree. I lost a decent amount of weight just by staying on a consistent routine. I don't think its all that difficult.. it just might be a bit boring.

So lets be honest here, women get fat, because they can afford to. Dick is cheap now-a-days (thanks to hookup culture and puting women on pedestal) so they let themselves go. It became socially acceptable and sometimes preferable to be fat.

Doesn't make em happier though, since they have to live with taking lower tier men as mating partners, but they actually think they are entitled to higher tier men. So they treat the men like garbage often (less than garbage but you get the idea).

You can blame internet dating and social media mainly. These are the things that ruined women in all aspects.

Also they are just lazy asses. Watch how less and less women actually go to the gym for exercise, most of the time they just waste time walking around and showing off that booty once they are "on the market". Notice how all will let themselves go as soon as they secured/locked down somebody and get fat and ugly again. I have actually noticed a strange culture or ritual among women in the west (bah, whole world) :

"OMG I'm getting married in 6 months, better stop eating like a pig, start hitting the gym and looking good for the wedding pictures".

You just know its the last time that woman is ever going to be worried about her hambeastedness (I dont know its a word or not, just picked up from somewhere else)

And since men have become needy pussies who cannot keep their bitches in check (be it fathers, brothers or boyfriends), they will grow fatter and fatter and fatter and fatter and fatter. Even I'm tired of writing the word.

It's like she is a balloon that gets inflated with blubber. A few months and she's gone from slim and cute to fat and bloated like a dead whale carcass. It's insane. Meanwhile, the guy looks the same. Still works. Weight the same. Personality similar. Except now he's dating a landwhale and calling himself loyal (so much soy). Because "fat acceptance" or whatever bullshit they have in the west. Disgusting. I notice many people who says we should accept the woman for who she is. Like you I also dont understand why these simps are so mad after the landwhales. Female entitlement : "he should like me for me. Now pass me the pizza".

There's actually a bit of science behind this. Males with high cortisol and low testosterone are more likely to find fat girls attractive. But also there's this obvious thing that comes into play : the beta males who are madly trying to marry fat chicks because of "looove" and all that are too weak to shoot a woman of better physique(at least not obese) because they are scared of getting rejected.

Needy and clingy? Well most of the time. As I said they like to feel that they are doing a favour dating the guy. she's a specific kind of fucked up. I suppose you want to use the word "possessive" also. The clinginess is dread of the guy leaving her. Because they just can not withstand that kind of behavior. You see they are no different from other woman, even more dangerous. Shey act out on this by trying to keep him as backup guy, reassuring herself by talking to other men, being increasingly needy. Neediness is a red flag. Jealousy is cute and a little insecurity is ok. But the level of insecurity she will show is just overwhelming. She wont put any kind of effort in the relationship but expect you to meet her unrealistic expectations.

Better kill yourself than to get involved with such a creature.

They'll do anything besides hardwork. Which is why you see alterations to appearance: make up, tattoos/piercings, and hair dye before you see them change their eating habits and actually push it at the gym.

Where I live you can’t even find an “in-shape” woman. Sure there may be some thin ladies, but the majority of those are due to drugs.

Seriously, I moved to a more rural area to save money since I work from home. After about a week I stopped looking for attractive women since each time I look to see if there is a pretty woman in the car next to me there is a large headed woman in the driver’s seat.
