This is a serious question. I am an adult male. Mid 20s. Unfortunately, I do not have many close friends. It seems that I had most friends from high school, then college, and now very little after college. Ive also moved around the US a lot for work. As I get older, it seems that male friendships are few and far between. Females, though many are sociopathic assholes whose sole purpose is to climb some abstract social hierarchy by any means necessary(especially in the business world), do provide great, intimate companionship. Ive only had a couple of relationships. Neither ended well. But there were really high points in each. I also want kids for a variety of reasons. So my question is, are you guys loners? How do you live as a loner without becoming depressed? Does pursuing avg looking women workout better than really attractive women? Or do they all end in disaster? How do you make really good male friends as an adult that can provide solid companionship? Or how do you embrace being a loner?
