No one says become a psychopath, machivellian, or narcissist. As you have noted for most of these things you're either born that way or made that way in early childhood. People have just noted that women are attracted to these external visible behaviours of these traits. So, if you want to attract women you should incorporate some of these behaviours into your own. No one has to become a literal psychopath.

No the vast majority of TRP are a bunch of sperglords. maybe about 10% guys take away something useful from this sub. Machiavellianism is a skill it does not equal psychopathy.
You can cultivate psychopathic traits but will never be a true psychopath.
Not all psychopaths are impulsive. That's why there are a lot of high-functioning/successful psychopaths.

I'm assuming personality is fluid and thus you can cultivate your machiavellian personality through practice, thus it becomes a skill. That is my reasoning
