Women (generally) cannot consistently conceptualise morality beyond their own selfish interests and beyond the consideration of personal feelings while men can (generally) grasp abstract concepts of fairness and principles without being overshadowed by self-interest and feelings.

As moral development goes, Kohlberg found that women are generally stuck at the 3rd stage of moral development while men are able to reach the 5th and 6th stages of moral development, which provides a strong argument against having women in the judicial and courts system, and in government.

Why one may ask? Because it is a mandatory requirement for the courts as well as in the governing of a nation, that concepts and principles be viewed in abstract and practised routinely so as to ensure justice is fairly and consistently dispensed for society and for the country and in its relations with other countries.

This then explains why the current family courts system and government is so glaringly one-sided for women and patently unjust against men. Women and weak-principled men have infiltrated and twisted these systems to the point where feelings-based justice operates routinely as opposed to a principles-based justice and morality system that these institutions were originally conceived for.
