If to tske a look on the history of marriage, we see, that what is now called marriage in our timesis a totslly different concept, as it was throughout the history of mankind.

In the past marriage was a bemeficial contract for both sides, where the wife brought a dowry with her to the marriage and where the men kept always the upper hand.

Marriage was never done out of l9ve and there was no possibility for the woman to leave a marriage. She aöso didn't had much power amd rights. The men was suposed to provide and protect her, but in this context it made sense.

What we have today? A women can leave s marriage whenever she pleases and even strip the man of everything. She has far more rights than the man.

But what stayed the same? Of course, the man has to protect and to provide. But there is no guarantee that he will get anything in return.

The modern marriage is an absurd and terrible deal for the man. Its the same as commiting to the hardest kind of work, without any guarantee of being payed.
