Why the fuck is society encouraging people to be unhealthy slobs?

Losing weight and eating healthy is so fucking easy it blows my mind too many are too weak minded to do it. You will feel much better.

Just make sure you get your daily recommended amount of nutrients in but be on a calorie deficit. That's literally it.

Daily sport is a nice bonus. It will make you actually feel so much better.

So easy, yet so many people fail at this and become miserable slobs sloshing around their fat at every step...
