There will be nothing unique about my post, but I always find it interesting to read what other people consider to be the most important aspects of TRP from their experience, so perhaps you will find mine interesting.
Now that I'm in my late 20s, I feel I have developed enough knowledge about women (and life) to begin to really carve out my desired life path. I've been reading TRP for about 6 months; I would say I've slowly digested the pill in real life over the last 10 years. What follows is what I consider the most important and effective aspects of TRP in relation to my experiences, and the things I try to remind myself of everyday.
A) Be above it. At all times, in all situations, be above it. This, of course, is known as holding frame, but I think it is a simplistic way of looking at a complicated concept. Nothing gets you perturbed, nothing gets you overly excited, you are calm and in control at all times. Basically, just stoicism 101. When I'm feeling stressed, I like to imagine viewing my situation from outer space - it is absolutely meaningless beyond what we ourselves attribute to it, and is likely humorous - from that vantage point. Brush off praise, accept criticism, care about neither. Sometimes this can creep into arrogance; I try to be mindful of that. Do it when alone as well so it becomes who you are rather than something you do. I think this is the most important aspect of implementing TRP and the common denominator in all types of successful game.
B) She is no more an angel than you are a god. The most bitter part of the pill for me. Fortunately, my introduction into TRP happened before I turned 20. But, even 10 years later, thoughts of oneitis pop up from time to time (and I imagine always will). As has so often been said on this sub, it is your own built up fantasy of an ideal version of her and your future together that you are infatuated with, not reality; not her. Recognize this early on when it starts to happen.
C) Strange things happen when you truly begin to live for yourself and do not give a fuck what people think about you. The world bends to your reality. Men treat you deferentially with respect; women actively want to serve you. In my opinion, adhering to your own moral code is what makes a man a man, and that is the essence of this point. Follow your own code and life no matter the outside influences.
D) Ignore your own shit tests. So much talk is centered around the shit tests of others, but I feel like your own shit tests should be mastered first. I don't want to exercise today; fuck you, I have access to all the energy I could ever need. I want to eat pizza; fuck you, I will immediately regret it. Maybe I shouldn't approach that girl; fuck you, she has been waiting for a guy like you to approach her all night.
E) TRP is a lonely path. Be good to your family and friends, and actively work to maintain your core group of friends. There will be periods of happiness, sadness, and tranquility. TRP maximizes tranquility.
The best part of TRP: Life becomes significantly easier. It's like a lubrication for going through life.
The worst part of TRP: Constantly getting asked when you are going to settle down.
