If they feel like they can do better, then yes.

As an autistic person myself, I can say this is probably unlikely, given we are predisposed to like security and routine, which likely counteracts the desire to monkey-branch somewhat. Combine that with the very low SMV that comes with autistic social skills, and you have a recipe for someone who probably won't try to screw you over.

But make no mistake, AWALT. AWALT doesn't mean all women are guaranteed to fuck you over, it just means that deep inside all woman WANT to fuck you over. The ones that don't just haven't found the opportunity yet, and maybe they never will, but it's not worth the risk.

It should also be noted that autistic people are far more likely to be introverted. So even if she doesn't think she can do better, she may just leave you because she's happy to be alone. Autistic people also often have control issues, so a lot of us (me included) prefer a lifestyle of living alone because we have total freedom over our lives.

The first letter 'A' in 'AWALT' stands for All. It stands for All for a reason. Many a man here thought the same as you. Maybe they'd find some unicorn with the right set of quirks and traits. If they hadn't thought that way and found out themselves by trial and error, they wouldn't have said AWALT.

Feel free to experiment with the idea and give it a shot but I very highly doubt you'll get different results than the thousands of other men here.

They are much rarer than men, but you probably would have a little better chance if you really found one.

Like another comment alluded to, keeping a women is basically dependent on her not thinking that she can do better than you. If she's truly anti-social she should have a small social circle and be less likely to monkey branch though.
