Even in this instance, the comments are still "oh it's because the teams are biased", or "oh it also put more unqualified people too (yet somehow men still get ahead) or "the algorithm needs to work on diversity more" or some other variation of that shit. If you want to know who truly are productive, just segregate the genders already.
