For those "big hearted" or overly caring gents, what do you do to keep your mind off helping women and whatnot?

Let the idiots who feed pigeons sit in the results.

If you arent there, youre not leveraged to help them.

I don’t think it’s about not helping someone in need, but not helping a parasite.

Whenever they talk about themselves as strong and independent, file it away. When the time comes, pull that file out and remind them.

I used to give to society when I was on the plantation. Volunteering, donations, charity, etc.

Since leaving the plantation, I realized the only value I received in return from society was of my own making so I cut out the middleman: society.

Now I focus on me, myself and I. I'll walk my beach and pick up trash, but I do it for myself not for others, that's about it.

Indifferent. Invisible. Selfish. Avaricious.

Just help them prove (to themselves) they can do it all by themselves without your interference. It's literally the most you can do. Anything else would be robbing them of the opportunity.

If a woman is capable of helping you, and you can help her, it works for both parties then do it. If you help a person, woman or man, and nothing ever comes back to you, then stop helping these types. MGTOW is about going your own way. Finding happiness from within ourselves. Stop being captain save a hoe, and focus your time, resources, money and hobbies on yourself.

I help men and women equally. One doesn't have priority over another. For me, it's not about stop helping women, it's more that I don't give them special consideration.

You should look into getting a hobby that involves working with your hands. A creative process where you take an idea and manifest it into reality. Put your extra passion into a product you can offer someone.

Honestly, I'm really good to children and elderly men.

I do lots of volunteering and charity. I do the kind that I dont have to interact much with women.

I always find myself just about to offer help whenever something happens in front of me. Just cant help but feel like helping, but I now try to at least guess if its worth it.

I do a bare minimum of helping at work. Just to fly low under the radar.

Outside of that i ignore most plea’s for help unless its something totally unrelated to women beeing too lazy to try beeing adults or them trying to get my attention. Like take a box of a high shelf in the store. They cant magically become taller. And i keep it at just that. Here is your box and then i walk away.

I just realised that i already have what i need. And they have no emotional or sexual power over me.
