I've actually switched to a vegan diet for health reasons and so far I like it. It's possible some people are better adapted to certain diets than others.

A little friendly meant comment: I am MGTOW cause I find much truth here. Your post doesn't serve that purpose in my view. In Germany over 90 percent of subsidies go to the dairy and meat industry, only the rest goes to vegetables farmers. Your statement is subsequently not true everywhere. One more thing: what do you mean by "soyboy"? I'm myself a vegetarian out of ethical and environmental (BIG love for nature here) reasons. I just don't get why guys like you tryhard to destroy the growing advocacy of a vegetarian or even vegan lifestyle - there's rly no need for that. And there is also no reason to call vegetarians "soyboys": Sometimes i eat tofu or vegetarian soy "meat" but how does this make me less masculine? I am way more muscular or "manly" than many of my meat eating friends (btw i eat many eggs and dairy). I think you exaggerate a bit on that topic.

Vegan diet is the healthiest of them all. Just do your research ;). I am surprised that not most of mgtow is vegan :O
