Looking back over my week something stood out.

Went to store with my Mom.

She got her shopping, and I'm just stood there. Packing goods is a woman's thing, so she asked me to help and I muttered a bit, packed her shopping. Then she decides I've "packed it the wrong way". Of course. There has to be a "right way" doesn't there?

Cute but older, sort of MILFy cashier had to mock me.

"Men, they just don't know how it's done"

My answer was simply

"It's a woman's job why would I?"

HER FACE! Then she started flirting with me.

Now in between this, when she made the screwy face, my conditioning kicked in and I had this internal dialogue "I should apologise for such a sexist comment" but no I stuck with it because...MGTOW and I don't care about conditioning. I'm out of that loop. I stayed true to myself, made this comment and didn't apologise for it.

And she respected it, on a deep biological level. Outside of her thoughts of "sexist pig" her evolutionary mind started turning the wheel. She treated me completely different than before. Now I was a prize...not a simp.

Never apologise. Be genuine, be who you think you are, don't apologise for it! Even if that makes you feel guilty!

Hope that helps.
