If a woman you're with gets nervous or react badly when you ask her that you want to make a dna test for "you're" child does that tell you eveything or only half the story

I would say it's definitely fishy and if that was my situation I'd push for it immediately and without hesitation.

If it were me and I lived in Europe, I would just drive to the closest jurisdiction where home testing kits can be easily purchased; buy one; and test the child without the mother's knowledge.

The main problem I see here is that even if the kid is mine, the fact that the woman is reluctant to have a test done means that she is not sure who the father is which means she's a huge slut.
