This is a raw piece of land that own and want to do something with. It's 20 acres of raw, undeveloped forest on a private no-wake lake full of fish. I've been thinking about moving up there when an idea popped into my head. What if we started a Man's Land monastery\/business up there consisting of a bunch of guys living in raw nature?

The land is in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and I can think of a handful of great business opportunities to capitalize off of. There's already a monastery of monks up there making $500,000/year selling jam (berries grow like wildfire up there) here's a link to their setup: https://www.freep.com/story/news/columnists/john-carlisle/2016/01/23/monks-making-jam-in-upper-peninsula-monastery/78371442/

Michigan just legalized weed, there's tons of clean water so a whiskey distillery could work, the land could be developed into a campground, and we could even make a youtube show about the whole process. There's also a lot of snowmobiling tourism during the winter and fishing/boating/lake tourism during the summer. I own a small business manufacturing a product in China, so I have prior experience and success doing this type of thing. It could be neat to find some like-minded guys that are interested in making something rad. What do you think?
