No. Women live longer than men because for one, we are willing to risk life and limb for a decent standard of living. Also, and this I base partly on my own experiences, women are actually taken care of, even in harshly patriarchal societies. Seriously, notice how the grandmas, abuelitas, babushkas, yiayas and obaasans are taken care of in their respective societies to the point of devotion. Not to say it's exactly a bad thing, but it's worthwhile to point out. And that's partly why Japanese ladies manage to make it to live 100+ years.

And it's also worthy of mention, how many young ladies die today exactly due to reckless behavior. Anything from falling off a cliff while taking a selfie to dying of alcohol or drugs overdose to STDs to pissing off the Chads, Tyrones and Ahmeds.
