Marriage, for men, is becoming less of a positive. Procreation and intimacy are literally the only benefits. The likelihood of a wealth of negatives is a certainty.

The norm has become "love is be unconditional" and yet very few will say that in marriage that respect is also to be unconditional. BOTH emotionally driven love and respect are required for a healthy relationship to thrive.

For as long as respect is considered conditional based upon the emotionally-based standards and whims of a woman with love to be unconditional, I will, from this day forward, be intentially celibate. An "incel", if you will.
