Hello, MGTOW brothers.

This was a heavy week, wasn't it? TRP and Incels quarentined, Kavanaugh's falsely accused, now Cristiano Ronaldo, etc. But I decided to change the topic to fresh the air and maybe inspire others to do the same. This is my monthly MGTOW report of what I did on September:

  • Took some time to study English. I tried to focus on grammar because I feel I struggle a little bit to create sentenses. Interacting with this group, I was able to improve a lot more than I was improving by myself;
  • Kept my focus on my main project which is study a lot to work for the government and get back the money it stole from me and my parents (aka taxes). Week 1 and 2 I was a bit down, maybe because of the redpill rage, but I decided to meditate, reduce fap and workout a bit and I'm feeling more motivated, calmer, happier and that I got that feeling that I have the power to achieve anything!
  • I bought some courses to learn to play my guitar, unfortunately I fucked up while I was tunning it, but I'll keep studying the theory until I have to go to the city centre so I can buy new strings too.
  • I started a HIIT program called Focus T25 from Shaun T. I don't really have to lose weight and I don't mind building muscles, I just decided to buy it and Insanity so I can keep myself moving a little bit. Most of my time I'm on a chair studying so I have to workout to keep the sanity (no pun intended). The first day was a bit hard, couldn't finish the 25 minutes workout, but day 2 I managed to complete it. I gave all I had and was able to finish it.
  • Red pill rage is lower now, thanks to meditation. I really recommend it before starting any project. I'm also using it to improve my personality and become a bit more selfish (I was taught to basically stop doing my stuff to help others every time they needed... - Thanks single mom, but I'm done)
  • I started checking some places to get my vasectomy since next year I'll be 25 and law will allow me to make the surgery.

Conclusion: I bought a lot of stuff this month but I saved a lot of money too. I never had any money in the end of the month while I was dating and most of my bills wasn't really mine, it was my GF's. I don't waste time anymore trying to get women's attention so I have a lot more free time to do my stuff, do the things I enjoy. I just care about my own opinion if I could've done more or if I did all that was possible at that moment and I'm always seeking self-improvement.
