Example of frame application:

"A drunk male and a drunk female have sex"

Feminist: "It's rape".

Sane person: "But they were both drunk."

Feminist: "But something something penetration, nature of men and women, female strength less, blah blah blah"

Sane person: "Exactly. You're totally correct in wanting the burden of proof to be on the man. However, the way I see it is that since both the boy and the girl were drunk, that rather than being a matter of what's morally right, it's just a matter of one side, either men or women, winning out over the other. I'm a man, so I pick my side."

Feminist: "You support rape, if you have sex with any woman, it would be rape."

Frame Person: "If I had sex with a woman, she'd love it. So, if I happened to be drunk and she happened to be drunk, I'd have sex anyway. Lock me up if you can catch me."

As a MGTOW, I find this framing to be unfortunate. However, the point is to not concede the moral/social ground to women, ever. Irrespective of what you do with your own dick in your own spare time.

Be above the threat of the law, in your moralizing. Your male preference needs to rule, and be stronger than the law (right, in theory, in your frame/language).

Obviously, real rape would go too far, although frankly saying you don't care about real rape would be part of the frame.

Nevertheless, it's not necessary to "go there". Just deflect back to the bullshit "drunk rape" thing, and assert that you as a man will do what you please because you've concluded it's not about fairness, it's just about one side or the other, and you pick your side.
