There's a thing in kinky sex circles called DD/LG, which stands for daddy dom / little girl. In these relationships, the female pretends to be a child (this is called being a "little") - shitting herself, crying, and generally being a nuisance - and the "daddy" takes care of her. These relationships can but don't necessarily involve sex. Personally I think all women, not just kinky women, want to be treated this way to some extent.
