Um that is definitely not how the legal system works, it would stand no chance in an actual court. It would get laughed out of court by anyone with actual legal knowledge. They would try to get pecuniary damages (mainly special damages) but that is laughable (or maybe punitive damages which is just as laughable) believe it or not you can just sue over anything and win
