The bible has some great lessons in it, those lessons arent diminished because its writers were superstitious. Please don't assume all atheists are going to go on the offensive just because you talk bible or jesus. A great many of us are quite reasonable, and willing to offer courtesy and respect in trade for the same.

The bible isn't even a tradcuck book. It comes from a pre-gynocentric society with constant male scarcity due to war. One of the reasons polygamy was practiced as a type of welfare system see the story of Leah and Rachel.

You have to ask yourself: If the Bible is all just superstition, then why did these stories in particular survive for so long? What were our ancestors trying to teach us?
