Getting to that stage where I'm tired trying to make her into a unicorn. But this is the first time I'm co habbiting, well she lives in my house and we split the bills 50;50. I made her a spreadsheet detailing all the bills for the utilities and she pays me a lump sum at the start of the month.

Now she doesn't have family here which is what is grinding guilt at me as she'll lack emotional support, her best friend lives 10min drive away so she can stay with her but this is a hard one. Never co habbit brothers. I'm also set to lose out on savings as I'm saving a lot with her paying half the bills but the headaches and lack of freedom is not really worth it now.
