Too late for that. I think the females will just have to 'man up' and face the actual equality that lies in their future once they have been thoroughly indoctrinated into the workforce and the extra incentives are no longer needed to get them there. No more special treatment, no more advancement without have a basis in actual merit, no more unequal treatment under the law. I'm thinking its just a matter of time before the elites instruct the politicians funded by them to turn the tables.
However, walking androids/gynoids are expected in about ten years and applications from basic labor to companionship (love dolls) to physical pleasure (sex dolls) will go right along with it. Though AI is an option, many would prefer to just have silence or simple acknowledgments to directives.

If that learns to talk pleasantries, walk on a flat surface, clean herself thoroughly and MAYBE take care of some of the shittiest household chores like vacuuming, it's over for biological women. It will be so fucking over that even dinosaur fossils will wince.
