My boss has been a betabuxx all his life. He’s a relatively successful engineer that started his own company.

He got divorced, married again to a Korean 10 years younger with a kid, who travels the world without him.

He retired recently, and he wanted to set up a Bakery since it was a hobby he discovered. He owns a property that he rents half to a catering service, but the other half was vacant for a while.

He spent about 6 months and at least $10,000 on renovating that place into a full functioning bakery.

He had two elderly women workers from our office that worked him for the past 20 years. They agreed to work at the bakery since they liked baking too.

Once the bigger orders started coming in the women had to work 6 days a week to keep up.

They decided that they didn’t want to continue working because, “It ruins the hobby, it feels like work now.”

He was so distraught about losing his two workers, he gave up baking.

Never rely on women to help you with anything. They will run away the moment things get difficult.
