Do what makes you happy. Some people do fap, some don't. It all depends on the person's health lifestyle.

It's important to know your body and not just your mind. When you have a high level of testosterone, you might get horny and have to beat the meat. Sometimes it's a necessity when it comes to decision-making. Often other times when you spend a long time without fapping, you might have your balls so full that it comes out somehow. Don't ask me how I know that.

The upside is you can control your libido by keeping yourself occupied as long as you can with a hobby or an activity. Focus on yourself. Read books about stoicism, it might help you.

I'm kinda divided on this since the longest i've ever lasted was about a week. Yes, you do more things and are a bit more active and less clouded. BUT you are more susceptible to head back to the plantation. Maybe do like a month or so at minimum or take week or day breaks but have your hand/sex toy whatever nearby just incase. I dunno i'm horny af usually and i hate it so i rub one almost everyday. I swear if i don't fap the temptation to go back to the plantation is REAL.

tl;dr - Just do what you think is right. just not 1-3 months.

ok, i can help on this. unless you're doing it for religious or spiritual reasons there is no need to go more than 30-60 days. most of the benefits of no fap coe in that time and its ok to release every few months and start again.

now, i do both no fap and fap big time. but in cycles. i'll take 60 days off and then 60 days on. this is what i've found.

1.) more energy. more time. you don't realize it but jacking off takes energy, uses calories/energy to do it, uses a lot of nutrients to make the cum and replenish it when its used. also it might just be like 20 minutes here and there, but say its 5 times a week, that's 100 minutes, that's 400 minutes a month, that's 5000 minutes or about 83 hours or almost 4 days of your year jacking off. think of how much you can get done in 4 days if you put that energy to something else like working out, writing, or developing a hobby.

2.) it actually boosts t-levels, though slightly. studies have shown semen retention can help raise t-levels a bit for up to 7-14 days.

3.) not thinking about women at all helps mental clarity. like mgtow onceyou remove pussy from your thoughts, you can really focus on better things. once you go for a few weeks you will start to think much less about women and they'll lose their control over you even more, although if you get turned on, it can be incredibly hard as you'll have weeks of semen and hormone build up. that is the mental part.

4.) r/semenretention is a MUCH MUCH better source about this stuff than r/nofap which is bunch of memes and bullshit.

my conclusion. i really like fap and no fap. why give it up completely, i love fapping and its a good way to prevent marriage and plantation traps. at the same time, i'm weaker, have less mental focus, less stamina when i ejack. if you workout it'll really help your lifts, you will find your brain just feeling happier and more content, the lack of happy brain hormones will help RESET your brain. whereas you needed to fap 5x a week to feel happy, things will become alive again, when you don't fap, the light is brighter, food tastes better, serotonin related brain issues will improve as your brain is reset to more normal serotonin levels and what it expects.

but./..fapping is also very fun. again, i think the best method is a balance of both.

NoFap does work although the days to complete NoFap are different for everyone...

The benefits are there like enjoying things more,being more confident etc. But most of the people that do this are people who are horribly addicted to porn to the point it becomes their life to just jerk off all day long.

Do watch out tho because some people have gone over 700 days without orgasming and that caused their testosterone to drop. So you do have to orgasm let's say atleast every 200 days if you're on NoFap.

+Since you're MGTOW you'll have to rub one out every now and then anyways
