You'd think the men running these companies would be smarter about things.

For example, organizing official company events or using company sites, email address, resources etc. is the issue.

If these guys did this without using any company resources, i.e., out side of the company, unofficial, not company related, it would be a much more difficult case to prove women are intentionally excluded.

Either way, this woman sued because she designed a plan to move up the corporate ladder. Think about it for a second in business sense. She was poised like a fucking snake to strike well, especially with the accusations of 'one male exec promoted, drug fuelled trips and sexual harassment claims.'

On one hand, she has this privy information and on the other hand, if those boys had of invited her, she would've lined them up on sexual assault and rape allegations faster than you could say LITIGATION!

If anything, the boys should've held a directors meeting and voted to fire her ass before shit hit the fan. I'm more interested as to how she is privy to sexual harassment. And come to think of it again, she's breached company confidentiality by expressing in her claim that there are sexual harassment cases. That's internal company information hanging to dry for everyone to see now. That shit affects stock and performance!

Guys, if you own or work in companies with women, I urge you all to write to your directors (if they are on board and have your back) about policy development and white paper research in regards to developing company policy that minimises this sort of shit. Remember, just label and imply the policies are in the best interests of the company and its future. A court of law cannot argue that, no matter what because the company is a legal, separate entity!
