You, Mr. First-World, are here because of the sacrifices those barbarians continue to make. Of course they may not know any better, because their world has gotten progressively worse, just as your world will get. You will be making a dire mistake to rely on your "first-world" skills, and not realize that the world is constantly changing, and all minor scientific errors (accumulated due to hubris, or innocent omission) will reach critical mass, and fail you totally-- such is the fate of empires.

The wisest place to be is thus, in reality. Accept things as they are, but do not judge. For every moment you spend beating your chest that you are "first-world", you condition yourself to believe your own mental forms, which makes you weaker.

"You need third world people in order to be first world" simply means: We are a single organism, today you Mr First World are the brain of this organisation. The Barbarians are the feet. You need your feet in good working condition. Thus, if you think they need to do better, show them how.

Wrong. Calling things by their true name is the beginning of wisdom, accurate perception and judgement are part of that process.

This would only be possible with peoples of sufficient temperament and IQ. People are not equal, and races are not equal. Setting aside better and worse, they are certainly different and more or less compatible with modernity, industrialization, the rule of law, etc.

Then have it as you will. However, consider how many times you have been wrong in your life, despite your "IQ". You seem to be armed with lots of contemporary sources. If there is anything that the older civilizations know in their bones, it is how to adapt. Thus while it may not explicitly be "YOUR JOB" to "fix" them, you owe it to your own mind.

Don't condemn yourself by the hubris of your industrial success. You also should not condemn any organism to its own fates (much less low IQ'd Africans), as your fates and theirs are inextricably linked. The "First World" is relatively young and has much to learn from the elder civilizations, but how does one know that which he has not experienced? Perhaps one cannot, hence your hubris. Just take it easy on yourself, that way you may be able to rebuild after the gods pull the rug from under your feet. Your time will come, go prepare.

Suffice it to ask, as many civilizations as have come and gone, why do you think Africa still churns along, despite their assumed mental retardation? Despite how attacked it is by everyone else, covert and overt? Maybe its something in their defective genes. I'm unsure.
