Yep, you can't show any form of weakness but if you also live your life without taking a subjectively acceptable amount of risks then you will also be ostracized by society.

But ultimately it doesn't matter because men are also "replaceable"

Such a fair, just and reasonable view of what men should be.

For your workplace, thats not always the case, regardless of your country. You don't have to be perfect at work. You actually can show a mild amount of emotions if you have to. Dont take it to the extreme, or else you will loose the image you have at work.

As for relationships with women, here the main problem starts. You see, you can't actually rely on your wife/gf/fiance to give you emotional support, bcoz they almost never do so (very rare exceptions exist, due to different cultures in different countries).

If you are in a relationship, you just have to expect support from women like you do from children.

Why you ask?

Let me ask you something.

Would you burden your child with your problems? No, you wouldn't. Treat your woman the same.

Generally in a relationship, its good for you if you if you finally realise the fact that you can not get ANY support from her with ANYTHING. Not your life, not your work, not your relationship with her. Jumping through constant hoops to maintain the balance is something you'll have to do on a daily/weekly basis.

Now, some people (lurkers specially) would think : "Oh, I have a dying relative, my wife/girl supported me then, so you are wrong mgtow" : I can tell you from experience that this is not an exception. That, is pity, not support. And by the way, she already started to loose respect for you, by 2%.

Lurker/other people : "When I feel bad or tired, I can expect support from my wife/girl, so you are wrong"

Better to leave and make her think you're cheating than to look weak if you really want to keep things going. This way you wont loose any respect and the image of yours that she have in her mind as a "man" man will be intact.

Another excuse for exception : "I'll just level with her about what she's doing, she'll come round". Really? So you want to project your insecurities on her by expecting honesty and dignity? Do you really think that will solve something?

Show No Weakness.

See how fucked up this is? This is why mgtow is the logical choice for men who want to be their own man than some lady's man. And I assure you gentlemen, being your own man is a lot better than being a lady's man.

Yes! I learned this the hard way. My first red pill moment. I opened up to a female coworker that would hit me up like 10 times a day. When I disclosed my emotions I was basically dead in the water. All texts ceased.

I think you can use this strategically too to repel people you don't enjoy. For example if a parasite is trying to get you to help them with something just make sure you emphasize how tired you are and how your back hurts, etc. They'll give you a disgusted glare and move on to someone else they can actually use.

Don't show any game in business interaction (work, trading, school or anything else) my advice is to keep the interaction shallow. OC don't be a moron and sit in the corner without saying anything to anyone. But in all said interactions those people are never or very rarely your friends. People with whom you work with (school, company a.s.o.) you can't chose. Like family. But with family you always have the option to cut ties. With other said interactions you can't (of very difficult). Just interact shallow. Laugh about jokes, make some jokes yourself. Talk about casual things like sports, cars, video games, hobbies. But never about personal things, feelings, weaknesses. Keep your cards to you. Share weaknesses with trusted friends. "oh yeah. Very nice Simp! How do I know I can trust someone?" Good question. You don't. One of my main "green flags" is when someone is sharing something "weak" themselves. Placing their "fate" into my hands. Trusting me a secret which could do them harm when I would make that public. Other than something really dangerous for society (like: "I'm planning on a shooting spree" or something like that) I'll take that secret to my grave. And I'm very humbled and honored to say I'm an ocean of such secrets which will make even a woman jealous from people who trust me. And I can't think of any torture that will make me share those to anyone. Which I don't think will ever happen to me. Since those secrets aren't threatening to anyone, but the teller. Also as an answer to my self made up question to myself: "dosage" the secrets/ weaknesses to people you start to trust. Start with "light" things and see what they do with that information. If they ever use that against you, close your clamp and ghost away from those people as much as possible. Another tip: never share weaknesses to people who you depend upon at that moment. like teachers or "masters" in your trade. Keep those conversations always casual. Don't provoke them either. They're king/ queen for that ffing matter of their hill. Sure debate them but never put them into their place. They are right and you are wrong. Until you have your degree/ mastership or what the F ever. You move on and they're stuck on their anthill forever. Sorry for the tantrum. I only want to help. Hit my nose too often so I know what I'm talking about.
