So about a month ago I had a casual encounter with my boss. It was completely consensual on both sides. At the time my Boss was separated from her husband and claimed she was going to divorce him so she wanted to "have some fun." Well, everything was fine until today when she asked me to resign. She made it perfectly clear this is because of the one night stand we had. She claims she is getting back with her husband and doesn't want a "bad influence in the office." I told her no but she says she's going to terminate me anyway. Afterwords she texted me telling me that if i dispute it at all or come out about the casual encounter she will go to the cops claiming I raped her. I'm furious right now. What can I do legally at this point?

keep the texts she sent you threatening you with rape charges. I'd talk to a lawyer if I was you, for wrongful termination etc.?
unless my attorney advised otherwise, I'd text her and try to get her to incriminate herself, indicating yes it was a consensual act, it wasn't rape, and the text threatening you with false rape charges.
lawyer up, sue the shit out of her and the company. bonus is that her husband will find out about her affair.
good luck. be careful.

Sue sue sue, find the dirtiest attorney and make sure your evidence is discoverable by a third party. The ole reverse #metoo

This has got to be fake, right? No one is that stupid to text a subordinate that you will falsely charge them with rape.

Anyone who ever threatens to accuse someone of rape should be jailed
