That’s tricky. Men are very fragile if you attack what they perceive is their masculinity.

If you have a standard sit down with your sons and tell them openly about MGTOW they might think you’re giving them loser advice. What they’ll hear is that you’re saying they’re not good enough for women and may trigger the male need to prove you wrong.

You need to open a door, leave it open and walk away. Maybe they’ll get curious and wall through the door to see what’s on the other side.

When I was a teenager my Mom said something that stuck with me for all my life. She said "A woman will want to control you and once they do, they will despise you". She was a very wise woman. So start with this and explain it to them. That it is important to be your own man and if you believe in something, then stick with it regardless of what others say. This helps them in not only relationships but life itself. Good luck.

Like many on this forum you have paid dearly to learn the truth. It is a hard truth to accept unless you have suffered and lost.
Consider discovery as a means to open a dialogue with your boys. If you try to sit them down and lay it out it may backfire it may not - all depends if they are closer to you or closer to your wife. If they come across the information you want to share on their own that is a very different scenario.

One divorced dad thought things through when he wanted to convince his teen daughter that mom was in the wrong so that she would choose him over her. This fine gentleman's wife cheated - no surprise. The daughter was at the time unaware of the true reason for the separation. He went online and printed out a few articles on how to survive your wife's infidelity. He left them poorly hidden in the kitchen early into the separation for the daughter to find. Discovery in this case wrecked the mother daughter bond and removed any sympathy the daughter had for mom. Several months into the separation, when it was time for the daughter to decide who she was going to live with, she chose dad.

You may find this example distasteful, deceptive and underhanded. I am not here to justify the morality of the method only to emphasise the end result - victory. This is a struggle to win the hearts and minds of your sons and reason alone will not sway them. You need to engage their curiosity through the discovery of a "hidden truth."

You don't have to be as subtle. Print MGTOW material relevant to the lesson you wish to share with your sons and leave it out in the open. Curiosity is curiosity. Teenagers are nothing if not curious. Young men especially on the topic of women. Print out some of the horror stories of dead bedrooms, relationships, surviving infidelity, divorce. Pick a horror story that is similar to your own or pick something even worse. You need to capture their interest. Let your sons come to you with whatever questions this material prompts - what is this? why are you reading this? etc.

Yeah, that's kind of a hard situation, it's hard even for the grown up to addmit certain things about our own mothers/sisters.

I think if I were in your position, I'd try to motivate them to seek things they like to do instead of searching for pussies as teenage boys usually do. Maybe sports or play an instrument. And somehow teach them to be aware of the bad people he might come across with in life, be carefull with the law and maybe buying them a body camera? (then you start talking about things women do but try not to say that "women do it", let them find it for themselves).

Tell'em the truth, that we men don't think with the upper head when we're too young and people try to trick us to get advantage and that they should avoid these types of people. (They'll do the math eventually, hahah)

Edit: I think I was a MGTOW since I was a child because I always questioned myself why I should do some things to women like "open the door, take the heavy bag if I was already carrying mine, give them the chair to sit". I met MGTOW searching for civil law and divorce stuff and I was trying to check the american constitution to see if the laws were similar to Brazil's.

To tell you the truth, being a MGTOW affected completely the way I see women from my family. So many things they used to say or do became clear to me (like the "when are you getting a GF" bullshit". I still have a good relationship with my mom because she helps me and cares a lot about me, but I try not to have some expectations about her like respecting my decision of getting a vasectomy or not getting married (I'm only telling her after I get it and in a random situation, not right away)

You're lucky for raising your kids, I was raised by a single mother and I can say for sure that their mother would try to put them at all cost against you.

The best way to teach them about this "wrongthink" is to show them irrefutable facts and statistics and leave your bias out of it. If you come in with opinions and bias they can retaliate against you and may not trust you.

Show them the divorce rate statistics. Show them how paternity fraud is a real thing in the United States. Point to court cases.

A good starting point is Men on Strike by Helen Smith. It's a short read, <200 pages, not very complicated to read, and is a good way to introduce them to this stuff.

I'm 17, humor was a huge part for me, especially Patrice O'Neal and others that dropped subtle and not so subtle red pills. At first I thought that it was really funny, and then I realized that what they're saying is true and that made it hilarious. Really hard to answer. After my first real bonded relationship breakup at 17/18 I wish my dad would've sat down with me and warned me how common it is for a woman to do what she did to me. It would've made me look out for signs more pointing to this philosophy. I was continuously ignorant of one sided this generation's relationships are. It didn't sink into until I went through a LOT of pain and inner turmoil alone, so I don't think it will for your sons either unless they go through at least one or two experiences like that. If you would've told me the reality of women years ago though, I would've half believed you. But at least I would've been familiarized with the idea rather than ignorant that AWALT. I just refused to believe that almost all women are the same for a long time, that was the biggest thing. Women are even better liars in their teens lol. 20/yr o here

I know a lot of folks here aren't fans of TRP, but I think TRP's sidebar offers some great articles of wisdom. I recommend you go through the sidebar there and share with your sons the ones you think are most appropriate.

First though, perhaps have a casual conversation with them to get a sense of how they feel about favoritism / gynocentrism in school, and the repercussions of its expanse from school and into society/economy (i.e. women only scholarships-- ask if they think these are fair. ask if they think girls deserve help with education more than boys, just because they're girls. ask if they believe basic blue pill thoughts).

That's really it dude-- Just ask them questions about what they see, and what they THINK about what they see. Ask them if they think it's fair. Talk to them-- get their perspective. Ask them questions. Learn about their perspectives.

I remember growing up, and even in elementrary school thinking about how fucked up the obvious gynocentrism is-- all this favoritism towards girls, in terms of scholarships and girls-only programs, none towards boys.

It took me fucking around with a crazy heartless bitch to want to understand why all the women ive ever encountered had even a little bit of this color in their eyes. All i wanted to know was why did i attract crazy and now trp and mgtow has opened up a whole new world of useful information to help me get through the human experience sanely.

Unfortunately itll take them an experience to want to understand by either personal or observation.

What you could do is just have a heart to heart and let them know that you support whatever it is they do in their personal love lives but youd feel happier as a father and as a man if they would be willing to sit down at dinner one night and talk about the red pill, modern women, the current court system and the danger it is to a man etc etc. I think you should leave mgtow as an option for them to decide to dive into but mention it as one of many paths a man can take.

You shouldnt bring their mom and sister into this let them connect the dots on their own.

Disclaimer, I am no teen but perhaps young enough to offer some insight, at the very least I remember the transition.

To keep it brief, you cant. in more detail, humans are still biologically hardwired to mate. The thing about most MGTOWs is we went out, we mated and we realized what a rigged game it is and that maybe our hard wiring could do with some re-engineering no matter how "natural" it may be. At best hopefully they at least see what female hypergamy/entitlement can lead to by your example (I am sure and hope they have a healthy relationship with the mom and sister regardless, just a little perspective is all I mean).

That being said they will just take what you say with a grain of salt no matter what advice it may be (but particularly this type of advice for a testosterone driven, horny teenager) and not fully realize it until they come to the conclusion on their own, just like anything in the ways of life a parent tries to relay to their child.

All you can do is offer support, and give them advice on how to avoid the legal/emotional repercussions as they arise in the mine field of male-female interaction we find our selves in.

Also I have two AWALT ass sisters and a late mom who I still/always have adored, walking red-pill factories, but I don't have to marry them and they don't see me as a meal ticket so it's all good! Being woke doesn't mean all encompassing hate, in fact it may even help them appreciate their mom/sister even more for the role they do have in their life.

My advice would be to teach them the joy of pursuing hobbies/interests. If they can find things they really love doing, the pursuit of it alone will keep them on the right path. In my experience it's the guys drifting aimlessly through life or "following the script" (degree, job, wife, kids) in lieu of their own sense of purpose who lose their way

Remember, part of going your own way is finding your own way, and they deserve an opportunity to find theirs.

It's weird, since I was a child ive always thought I was superior to women, and they were only good for sex. You should tell your sons, but tell them they should fuck/chuck girls while theyre young, not give up on them entirely.

I came across a Youtube video on why online dating is bad. I then came across MGTOW's talking about it, watched more MGTOW videos and traced the origin of MGTOW back to ZedtheZenPriest.

I now stay away from them and plan to cut contact once I'm out of the house.

I highly suggest that you read an article entitled "Ignoring women" by ZedtheZenPriest, have a sit down talk with your sons and explain to them about what is said in the article.

IMO, they need to experience life on their own. Let them have a relationship(s). Let them enjoy the good & bad that comes with it. Then, maybe later you can make them aware that this is also a choice. At least, they'll then make an informed decision on their own. Bottom line is, you need to make them aware of choice but the decision has to come from them.
