What is it about MGTOW that means 'being awful' to women?
I don't hate or dislike them personally, MGTOW (and life experience) just taught me that their priorities and expectations are way different than I used to think. The way that dissonance manifests in a relationship can be very messy.

You're so right, alot of men go into relationships thinking women will love them and treat them with the same respect they do, and when they see otherwise manifest it really messes them up and can turn them into people they aren't. I've been there, and I've also seen it happen many a good man. Some fight back and don't put up with their ways, others get crushed and change their entire soul and who they are to facilitate the woman.

The fact that treating them the same as you would treat a man in there place is mean for them? Makes sense. Even tho going MGTOW i wouldn't treat them worse than a man. Because man can be just as shitty. But if they do stupid shit i would condemn when it comes from man then why shouldn't i treat them just as i would treat the man in that situation?
MGTOW doesn't mean treating woman like shit. At least imo. But i won't put them conciously on a pedastal again.
