So I’m a freshman in college. A girl in one of my classes seemed like she was interested, so I DM’d her asking her out to dinner last night. She completely avoids the DM so it doesn’t say seen, and today has her friend chase me down outside class and tell me that the girl is interested in going out for ice cream and wanted her to tell me.

I messaged her a few hours later telling her I was interested in that as well and that we could plan something in the near future. An hour later she DM’s me and denies she had told her friend about the situation or had her friend tell me anything, and was bitchy towards me? Has anybody else ever seen anything like this before?
